Manchester United forward Rasmus Hojlund has opened up on his struggles.
Hojlund has been far from impressive this whole campaign and has been heavily criticised for his lack of threat in goal. During the weekend against Leicester City, Hojlund scored his first goal of 2025, as he has been struggling to find his feet under Ruben Amorim. During their Premier League clash against Arsenal, Hojlund came off the bench and missed two golden chances to win the game for United. After full time he was visibly upset as he continued to struggle on goal.
Speaking on his recent goal drought, Hojlund said he wants to score more goals and help the team. “I just want to keep improving. I know I’m not finished with the article or what you say over here, but I just want to keep going. I’m sure I’ll get even better and score even more goals if I just focus on that.” He said.
United manager Amorim has insisted that he will do everything possible to help Hojlund regain his form and score goals to help the team.
