
Manchester United played a draw in France against Lyon in the first leg of the Europa League.
The Red Devils have struggled with their performance this season but have only the UEL to fight for this season.
However, they failed to hold on to their lead as Lyon equalised to secure a 2-2 draw, with Onana’s mistake in the first half.

A good start for Lyon as Thiago Almada gave the host the lead in the 25th minute of the first half from a free kick that Andre Onana fumbled with.
However, Man United equalised to get back into the game from Leny Yoro’s header just before the halftime break.
Just before the final whistle, Ruben Amorim’s men took the lead after an outstanding cross by Bruno Fernandes was headed in by Joshua Zirkzee.
However, Lyon did not relent and went for the equaliser in injury time after Onana made another poor save, which Rayan Cherki nicked in to finish.
Manchester United looked disappointed after the final whistle as they took a 2-2 win into the second leg at Old Trafford.
