Brentford manager has defended his decision to leave out England forward Ivan Toney for their opening match against Crystal Palace.
According to Frank, there are a lot of developments involving the player in his camp amid several interests from various groups.
“Things are happening for Ivan Toney, so we decided not to involve him in the squad,” Frank told Sky. “There’s interest, nothing is closed yet, but things are happening.”
