Chelsea and Manchester City drew 4-4 in the Premier League on Sunday evening.

In one of the most entertaining games of the season, both sides produced good performances. In the first half, Erling Haaland opened the scoring from the penalty spot for City. Thiago Silva levelled for Chelsea before Raheem Sterling gave the Blues the lead. Manuel Akanji levelled for the city just minutes before halftime.

In the second half, City started on the front foot and got the lead through Erling Haaland. Nicolas Jackson then levelled the scores once again for Chelsea after meeting a rebound from Gallagher’s effort. Rodri thought he had won the game for City in the 86th minute, but Broja was fouled in the box by Ruben Dias, and Chelsea were awarded a penalty. Cole Palmer stood strong to give Chelsea a point on the night.

Speaking after the game, Chelsea manager Mauriccio Pochettino was proud of his team’s performance. I’m very proud,” he said. “I’m so happy. The players deserve credit; the performance this evening was amazing, against the best team in the world.” He said.
