Chelsea have made last minute move to try and sign Ivan Toney from Brentford this summer.
According to reliable reports, the clubs are currently in negotiations and so far ,personal terms are already agreed. Toney wants a transfer and will NOT sign a new deal at Brentford. Brentford thus need to sell him or he will leave for free.
