Manchester United midfielder Christian Eriksen is unhappy at the club over his playing time.

The former Brentford midfielder Eriksen has seen his starting spot in the starting eleven taken over by the emergence of Kobbie Mainoo since his return from injury. Eriksen has had to come off the bench in most of the United games, most recently the win over Liverpool in the FA Cup.

Speaking about his playing time, Erikse also revealed he had a conversation with manager Ten Hag about it. “I’ve had a talk with Erik about being unhappy with the situation and wanting to play as much as possible.” “He said Kobbie Mainoo is doing well, and the rest of the midfield is also performing well, so there is competition for places.” He said.

Competition in the Manchester United midfield is about to get strong with Mason Mount returning from injury.
