Liverpool stunned Newcastle as they won 2-1 despite having 10 men at St. James Park in the Premier League on Sunday evening.

Newcastle saw a 1-0 lead cut into tears of defeat within just minutes of the end of the game. Aaron Gordon gave Newcastle the lead in the first half after a low strike. Minutes later, Virgil van Dijk was sent off after bringing down Alexander Isak outside the box.

The game seemed to be headed for a Newcastle win until substitute Darwin Nunez’s double late in the game saved Jurgen Klopp’s side. Nunez scored the leveller after robbing Botman of the ball and scoring past Nick Pope. In the added minutes, Salah set him up again, and he made no mistake as he scored the winner for the 10-man Liverpool side, who still remain unbeaten.
