Gor Mahia midfielder John Ochieng has announced that he has left the club.
According to reports, the midfielder, who still had a contract at the club, requested to leave the club immediately as he had offers from outside the country.
The arrival of Kevin Juma from Nzoia Sugar put his spot in danger of not starting games, and he decided to assess his options elsewhere.
Speaking on the news, ochieng revealed that those rumours are true. “It is true that I have left Gor Mahia, and I will be seeking a fresh challenge now. I enjoyed my time at the club and won trophies there, and I just want to thank them for the opportunity they offered me and wish them well in the coming season, he said.
