Kenya wrapped up the FIFA Series 2026 with a convincing 3-0 victory over Grenada, a result that capped a strong showing for the Harambee Stars in Kigali.

The win reflected a disciplined, energetic performance from Benni McCarthy’s side, who controlled the game from the opening minutes at Stade Amahoro in Rwanda.

Austin Odhiambo opened the scoring in the 13th minute after reacting quickest to a recycled effort in the box, giving Kenya the perfect start. Ryan Ogam doubled the lead in the 18th minute with a powerful finish, and Zech Obiero added the third in the 81st minute as Kenya stayed in command throughout.

The result was especially encouraging because Kenya had started the tournament with a painful penalty defeat to Estonia, but they responded well and showed improvement in attack and organization.

The Grenada match also gave the team a clean sheet, something that will boost confidence as they continue their preparations for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations
