Former Manchester United player and Youth graduate Jonny Evans as signed a short-term contract with Manchester United, this will see him play for The Red Devils during the pre-season friendly matches.

The Northern Ireland international left the club eight years ago during Luis Van Gaal time and signed up for West Brom before moving to Leicester City.

Evans 35, has been a free agent after expiry of his contract with Leicester City which was relegated to championship. He has been training with the Manchester United U-21 team to keep fitness as he look for a new club.

During his time with Manchester United, Evans managed 198 appearance winning three premier league titles. He also managed to score seven goals during his eight years with Manchester United.
