NBA star Kevin Durant has been traded by the Phoenix Suns to the Houston Rockets.

The 2-time NBA champion and 2-time NBA Finals MVP will now play for the Houston Rockets from next season after a deal was agreed between the two clubs. The Phoenix Suns will get Jalen Green, Dillon Brooks, Khaman Maluach, Rasheer Fleming, Koby Brea, and Daeqwon Plowden were 2nd-round picks in exchange for that. It will be a four-team trade with the Brooklyn Nets and Atlanta Hawks.Kevin Durant will now play in his fourth franchise from next season.

Last season, the Suns failed to make the playoffs after failing to impress with the big three together with Devin Booker and Bradley Beal. Durant averaged 29.5 points per game during his tenure with the Suns.In other NBA news, the Bucks waived Damian Lillard and signed Pacers centre Myles Turner. The Dallas Mavericks picked Conner Flag with the number 1 pick and also added Diangello Russell.
