The Los Angeles Lakers will face off against the Indiana Pacers in the ongoing in-season NBA tournament.

James led the Lakers in scoring with 30 points on 9-12 shooting while dishing out eight assists and five rebounds. Antony Davis scored 16 points, while Austin Reaves scored 17 points off the bench.

For the Pelicans, it was a tough night for their stars, as Zion Williamson had 13 points while Brandon Ingram had just 9 in the loss.

Speaking after the win, Lebron James said it has been great. “If you decide to retire, or whatever the case may be, you’re not a part of it anymore, so it wouldn’t be me leaving it on the table because I would have never had the table set,” James told ESPN. “But I’m happy that I’m here; this is a pretty cool moment, and let’s see if we can capitalise on it. It’s been good. It’s been dope.” He said
