Following her cynical challenge on Nigeria’s superstar Michelle Alozie, England’s forward Lauren James, has asked for an apology.
Lauren James was sent off during the FIFA Women’s World Cup round-of-sixteen encounter, and this boiled up massive criticisms from the fan base.
“All my love and respect to you (Alozie). I am sorry for what happened. Also, for our England fans and my teammates, playing with and for you is my greatest honor and I promise to learn from my experience.” She tweeted.
Alozie from her post, cooled off the criticisms.
