
Manchester United are set to complete the signing of Wolves forward Matheus Cunha.
The Brazilian star is expected to sign a new five-year deal at Old Trafford and will reportedly wear the number 10.Manchester United have agreed to trigger the £62.5 million release clause in his contract, which he signed in February. He has scored 15 goals and six assists for Wolves from 33 league appearances this season and has seen them finish above Manchester United in the Premier League standings.United, on the other hand, will look to actively change their roster after missing out on European football for the first time in more than 10 years.
Several players, including Alejandro Garnacho, Christian Eriksen, Johnny Evans, Marcus Rashford and Casemiro, are all expected to leave Old Trafford. Ruben Amorim addressed the Old Trafford crowd after their 2-0 win over Aston Villa on the final day and apologised for their poor season.
