England midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek has signed a four-year deal with AC Milan after leaving Chelsea.

The two clubs have not revealed the transfer fee; however, it has been rumored that Milan will pay £15 million plus any other add-ons. The 27-year-old had played his whole playing career at Stamford Bridge.

In 155 club games, he has seven goals and two Premier League championships, as well as the Europa League and Uefa Super Cup. The England midfielder has also been on loan at Fulham and Crystal Palace.

Loftus Cheek took to his social media platforms to bid Chelsea fans goodbye. “I would like to thank everyone associated with Chelsea football club who has helped me during my career,” Loftus-Cheek said. “To the coaches that I’ve worked with, the backroom staff, and my teammates—to the people I’ve seen day to day on the training ground over the last 19 years—thank you all.” He wrote.

Chelsea continue their massive clearout, with several players who are out of favor having left the club.
