Arsenal have today submitted a bid to Brentford for goalkeeper David Raya.

The gunners submitted an offer of £20 million and £5 million in add-ons. Raya has already agreed personal terms with Arsenal and is waiting for the two sides to agree on a fee.

Raya’s contract is set to expire at the end of next season, and he has already told the club that he will not extend his contract at the club. A move to Spurs last month failed to go through as Brentford refused to accept Spurs bid for the Spaniard goalkeeper.

Arsenal have been active on the market this summer as they try to improve their squad from last season, and they have already signed Justin Timber from Ajax, Kai Havertz from Chelsea, and Declan Rice from West Ham.
