Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka has been named England’s men’s player of the year for the second consecutive year.

The Arsenal winger, who turned 22 on Tuesday, won the award he won in 2021–2022 by garnering the most fan votes. Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham came in second, and Harry Kane, the all-time leading scorer for England, came in third on the ballot.

Saka has scored seven goals for England in 10 appearances over the past year, including his first hat-trick in an Old Trafford 7-0 victory over North Macedonia.

In 28 matches, Saka has scored a total of 11 goals for England. He will be in Gareth Southgate’s team once more for both England’s friendlies against Scotland on Tuesday and Ukraine on Saturday in Wroclaw and Wroclaw, respectively.
