Chelsea advanced to the final of the Carabao Cup yesterday after an impressive 6-1 win over Middlesbrough at Stamford Bridge.

After a 1-0 defeat in the first leg, the Pochetino side needed a reaction. Amando Broja got them going early in the game with a wonderful finish before Enzo Fernandez scored the second goal of the game. Axel Disasi made a wonderful run and completed the move with a wonderful finish to score his second goal of his Chelsea career. Cole Palmer scored the fourth goal of the game after Middlesbrough made a mistake in defence.

In the second half, the game was pretty much done as both teams reduced the intensity of the game.Cole Palmer scored his second of the game after an impressive run from Conor Gallagher. Noni Madueke then scored the sixth goal to finish off an impressive Chelsea evening. Middlesbrough got a consolation goal through Morgan Rojers.

Chelsea will face off against either Fulham or Liverpool in the final of the Carabao Cup.
