Egpyt skipper Mohammed Salah is set to return to Liverpol to undergo treatment.
Mohammed Salah was injured in the Egypt 2-2 draw with Ghana and is expected to miss some period of playing time for his country. He is already ruled out for the game against Cape Verde later today.He will now receive treatment in England while he awaits to see if his return is possible.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp confirmed that Salah will return to England after their 4-0 win over Bournemouth. The Egypt FA released a statement confirming the same news: “The Egyptian FA announces that Salah will now travel to England to receive treatment with the hope that he will join the Egyptian national team if it qualifies for the semi-finals.” Read the statement.
