Chelsea and Brighton have reached an agreement for the signature of Spanish international goalkeeper Robert Sanchez.

The spanish international agreed to join Chelsea few days ago after his playing time was limited towards the end of the season, Brighton’s coach Roberto De zerbi preferred 32-year-old Jason Steele over him.

According to reports from sky sports, Chelsea have agreed to pay Brighton £20m and £5m add ons for the services of the Spaniard international.

The Spaniard will have his medical tests before the deal is officially announced. Sanchez will have to face competition from fellow countryman Kepa Arrizabalaga as Chelsea already sold Edouard Mendy to Al-Ahli.
