Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo has hinted he could leave the team in the near future.

Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks to a championship back in 2021, but since then they have suffered two second-round exits in the Eastern Conference.

Last year, they fired head coach Mike Budenholzer after being defeated by the Miami Heat. Antentokounmpo hinted last season that he would not sign back to the team if everyone was not ready to fight for a championship.

Speaking on his situation with the Bucks, Giannis said, “But the moment I feel like people are not as committed as I am to getting that golden thing in the back… I am a Milwaukee Buck, but most importantly, I am a winner. I want to win. I have to do whatever it takes for me to win, and if there is a better situation for me to win the Larry O’Brien [championship trophy], I have to take that better situation.” He said.
