The FKF Premier League will resume today after the weekend break as teams aim to keep going up the table.
League leaders Gor Mahia will play against second-placed Nzoia Sugar at the Sudi stadium today at 3 p.m Kenyan time as they try to widen the gap at the top in their bid to win their 20th league title. Third-placed Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) will play against Talanta FC at Kasarani Amex at 3 p.m.
In other league games of the day, fourth-placed Tusker FC will play against Bandari FC at the Ruaraka club from 3 p.m. Kenya Police will play against the Kariobangi Sharks at the MISC Kasarani from 3:00 PM. Ulinzi stars will be at home to welcome Kakamega homeboys at the Ulinzi complex stadium from 3:00 PM in the evening.
Sofapaka will host Mathare United at the Kasarani Annex beginning at 1:00 PM, while the Vihiga Bullets will host Posta Rangers at the Bhkhungu Stadium.
Gor Mahia lead the table with 37 points from 17 games played, and they enjoy a four-point lead ahead of second-placed Nzoia Sugar, who have 33 points from 17 games played. KCB is in third place with 33 points but a smaller goal difference compared to Nzoia Sugar. Tusker are in fourth place with 31 points from 16 games played.
