Harambee Stars gaffer, Engin Firat, has given a vote of confidence to the newly appointed Sports Cs, Kipchumba Murkomen.
Murkomen, who assumed office not more than a month ago, replaced his predecessor, Hon. Ababu Namwamba, who occupied the office from September 2022 to July 11 2024.
“He is sports friendly as I first met him at an athletics event last year at Nyayo. I hope to visit him soon and discuss matters concerning Kenyan football. I wish him good luck and success,” said Firat told Sports Boom
Firat, hopes to have a discourse with the sports cs ASAP, to provide insights on how to lift the face of Kenyan football.
“I wish to meet him soon and together, find a solution for some of the problems we have. We had a good relationship with the former CS. I shared a lot of ideas with him, and I hope it will be the same with the new one,” she added.
