Harambee Stars are yet to play international matches for over a year after FIFA slapped Kenyan football with a FIFA suspension.
Burundi’s Football Federation has confirmed that the two friendly matches slated later this month against Harambee Stars have been nullified, confirms Jeremie Manirakiza- Burundi Federation Secretary General.
The two friendly matches were slated on 25th and 28th March at Nairobi but due to the twist and turn of events that won’t be possible denying Harambee Stars a chance to feel the international stage.
Manirakiza explained that the late move from FKF to move the friendlies to Indonesia made them withdraw.
