Kenya Premier League (KPL) in partnership with Trans Nzoia County has agreed to stage a two-week tourney during the August Holidays.

The two-week tournament will be held at St Anthony’s Boys Kitale Grounds since Kenyatta Stadium is under renovation.

The theme of staging the tourney is to nurture young and raw talents.

According to Chanelle Kittony, the County’s Gender, Youth Sports, and Culture CEC, has revealed that they are in the process of entering into a partnership with the Jack Oguda-run organization and that they will roll the championship in August.

Trans Nzoia County is entering into a partnership with the Kenya Premier League (KPL) to create an under-20 championship, with the primary objective of nurturing soccer talent among the youths in the county,” read one of her tweets.
