Brazil’s team doctor, Rodrigo Lasmar, affirmed Neymar’s strong commitment to regaining full fitness, stating, “He has demonstrated, from the first moment, that he is following what we are proposing.”During Brazil’s 2-0 loss to Uruguay, Neymar was emotionally taken off on a stretcher after an awkward landing from a challenge in the first half. Despite his recent move to Al-Hilal from Paris St-Germain for 90 million euros plus add-ons in the summer, Neymar has been limited to five games due to muscle injuries.
