Chelsea defeated the Tottenham Hotspurs 4-1 in the North London derby at the Tottenham Hotspurs stadium.

Spurs took the lead early on when Levi Colwill deflected off a Kulusevski effort to open the scoring. Son then scored the second goal, only to be ruled offside. Sterling then scored for Chelsea, but the goal was ruled out for handball. Chelsea were then awarded a penalty when Enzo Fernandez was brought down in the box by Romero, who was then sent off. Cole Palmer levelled from the penalty spot.

In the second half, more drama was witnessed as Udogie was sent off for a foul on Raheem Sterling. Chelsea then scored through Nicolas Jackson, who scored his first hat trick in the Premier League, to give Chelsea a comfortable 4-1 win and hand Tottenham Hotspurs their first defeat of the season.
