The WRC safari rally Championship that kicked out today on 29th of March 2024 finds President William Ruto on a blunt feeling when he rides in one of the WSR cars as he mentions the wonderful feeling that goes with it.
“This thing is crazy, but it is an experience you cannot forget”. President Ruto says as he alighted in one of the WRC’s cars. “If you ask me whether i want to do this again, am not sure!” he adds as he describes how the talented drivers feels during the rally.
Ruto earlier in the day flagged off the 2024 World Rally Championship (WRC) Safari Rally at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre (KICC), Nairobi was with his sports Cabinet secretary Hon. Ababu Namwamba. He then urged Kenyans to come out in large numbers to support the local teams.
The rally drivers made their way to the Moi Sports Centre, Kasarani Stadium for a Super Spectator stage before heading down to Service Park in Naivasha for the three-day display that started today March 29 to 31.
