The Minnesota Timberwolves eliminated the Golden State Warriors after beating them 121-110.

Julius Randle had a team-high 29 points on 13 of 18 shooting. Antony Edwards had 22 points on 8 of 15 shooting while knocking down 5 three-pointers and also 12 assists. Rudy Gobert scored 17 points and had 8 rebounds.

The Golden State Warriors’ season has come to an end, as they have missed the services of Stephen Curry, who has missed most of the series after the hamstring injury he suffered in Game 1. Podziemski led the team in scoring with 28 points on 11 of 19 shooting while also knocking down 4 three-pointers. Jimmy Butler had 17 points on 4 of 11 shooting and had 9 free throws. Jonathan Kuminga added another 26 points off the bench.

Speaking after the loss, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr insisted they would have had a shot with a healthy Stephen Curry. “Actually, I don’t even have to think. I know we had a shot. I know we could’ve gone the distance. Maybe we wouldn’t have. But it doesn’t matter. Again, everything in the playoffs is about who stays healthy and who gets hot. Are you playing well at the right time?” He said.
