Manchester United have again encountered problems after two players were substituted due to what are considered injuries in a game against Real Betis. England forward Marcus Rashford and Antony Santos were taken off, adding potential injuries to the already existing crisis.
Their concerns are compounded by the recent injury to newly signed defender Leny Yoro, who will be sidelined for three months. Rasmus Højlund was also injured and will be out for three weeks, which means he is expected to miss the Community Shield against Manchester City on August 10.
