Former FKF Premier League champions Ulinzi Stars has parted ways with their head coach Bernard Mwalala, his assistant coach Vincent Moreiro will take charge as the interim head coach.
Ulinzi Stars announced today the decision to part ways mutually after Mwalala handed in a resignation letter.
“It is with mixed emotions that we inform you of the resignation of our beloved head coach, Bernard Mwalala.
He has played an instrumental role in shaping our team, leading us to numerous victories, and fostering a culture of dedication, teamwork, and excellence.
We are deeply grateful for the contributions made by him and the impact he has had on our players, staff, and team as a whole.”
Mwalala is set to be appointed as new KCB head coach. He part ways with the soldiers just one season after joining them from Kakamega homeboyz FC.
