The Los Angeles Clippers bounced back after beating the Denver Nuggets 105-102 in game 2.
Clippers put up an impressive display to tie the series as they head to the home court for games 3 and 4. Kawhi Leonard put up a clinical display as he scored 39 points on 15-19 shooting, including four 3-pointers. James Harden added another 18 points but was not efficient, as he shot just 7-17 from the floor.
The Denver Nuggets failed to close out the game despite another triple double from Nikola Jokic, who had 26 points, 12 rebounds, and 10 assists. Jamal Murray had 23 points, which included 4 three-pointers, but it was not enough. Westbrook added 14 points off the bench.
In the other game played in the Eastern Conference, the Pistons defeated the New York Knicks to equal the series at 1-1 in a first-round matchup.In today’s fixtures, the Memphis will look to bounce back after being blown out in game 1 by OKC while the Pacers will host the Bucks.
