Chelsea defeated Crystal Palace 3-1 on Monday night in the Premier League.

Crystal Palace came into the game shorthanded, as they were missing several of their first-team players. Chelsea dominated the opening stage of the game but could not manage an attempt on goal towards a Crystal Palace goal. It was the home side Palace that took the lead after Madueke lost the ball in the dangerous area, and Lerma stroked the ball very well to beat Chelsea goalkeeper Petrovic and give them a half-time lead.

In the second half, Chelsea came out on the better side and responded immediately through Conor Gallagher. Petrovic made incredible saves to deny the home side going in front. Conor Gallagher then scored his second goal of the game after a beautiful pass by Palmer in the 90th minute. Enzo Fernandez then sealed the win for Chelsea in the final minute.
