The FKF-PL 2022-23 mid-season transfer window was officially opened on February 27, 2023, which has paved way for the FKF-PL clubs to scramble for players in a bid to strengthen their teams to boost their chances of finishing higher in the table.

Kakamega Homeboyz and Kenya Police are interested in Farouk Shikhalo, in the meantime, Homeboyz has also dropped Simon Abuko, Eugene Wethuli, Meshack Muyonga, Chris Masinza, and Eli Asieche.
