Tusker FC head coach Robert Matano has sent a warning to his rivals AFC Leopards ahead of a mouth-watering battle at Nyayo Stadium, today.

Tusker FC who are second placed ahead of third placed Leopards’ will be bracing to cut down the gap between them and the Log leaders Gor Mahia- Gor Mahia have a cushion of six points at the top.

However, Matano has cautioned his soldiers to be wary of the threat that the swift Leopards can bring.

“We are going for nothing short of a win in our match against Leopards. We are aware of the kind of competition we will be facing given the quality of their squad,”

“This is the time for all our players to prove their worth. We signed them to win matches. It’s upon them to figure out how to do that once they are on the pitch because we have already prepared them well enough,” Matano said.

Tusker are eyeing to defend their title and aiming to pocket their 12th in their history.
