Ulinzi Starlets lifting the FKF 2021 Women's Cup
The FKF-Women’s cup draw was conducted today morning where 32 teams were drawn against each other in a bid to clinch the inaugural trophy that was won by the defending champions Ulinzi Starlets on October 2021.
Ulinzi Starlets thumped Vihiga Queens 2-1 at the ASK Showground in Nakuru to bag the silverware.
The draw consisted of two pots; Pot A and B. Pot A consists of the top six Premier League sides five teams in Division One Zone A and B as part of Pot A – away teams, while Pot B (home teams) has 16 teams; six of which were drawn from County and Regional Leagues.
