Following in his brother’s footsteps, Isaac Omurwa- Ferdinand Omanyala’s brother has declared war against history in this year’s Athletics calendar.

Isaac Omurwa sprung into the scenes in the previous athletics season- 2023, where he represented the country in two major competitions. The 100-meter events in the East Africa U-20 championships, he finished first, and the Africa U-20 championships- was a bit shaky though he accumulated important experience.

In the current season, he missed the just-concluded All-African Games after he finished fourth during the nation’s trials.

Via his socials, it was clear of his ambitions to join his brother in making history as the Olympic Games gathers momentum.

“Trying to put my name in the books. Not here to compete but to make history.” The 19-year-old stated.

Isaac will be relishing making history similar to how his brother has been doing since his breakout season in 2021.
