The Philadelphia Sixers have traded all-star guard James Harden to the Los Angeles Clippers.

The 34-year-old Harden, a disgruntled guard who hasn’t played for the 76ers this season, said he would never play for a franchise led by Daryl Morey. In June, Harden chose to exercise his $35.6 million contract option, thinking the Sixers would trade him away.

Speaking last month about the situation with the team, Harden said, “It’s not even about this situation. This is life.” When you lose trust in someone, it’s like a marriage. When you lose trust in someone, you know what I mean? It’s pretty simple.” He said.

The Sixers will receive Nicolas Batum, Marcus Morris, Robert Covington, KJ Martin, and multiple draft picks, while the Clippers will receive PJ Tucker and Harden.
