On Wednesday night, Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals saw the Miami Heat rally to defeat the Boston Celtics 123-116.

Jimmy Butler scored 35 points, including 20 after halftime, while Bam Adebayo had 20 points and 8 rebounds in the win, while Vincent, Max Struce, and Kyle Lowry all had 15 points in the away win.

For the Boston Celtics, Jayson Tatum led the scoring with 30 points, while Jaylen Brown scored 22 points and Marcus Smart had 13 points.

Speaking after the game, Jayson Tatum was frustrated with the team’s struggles. “I don’t know why,” Tatum said of his team’s struggles. “You’ve still got to play the game; you’ve got to make plays, regardless of whether you’re home or away.” He said.

Game 2 will take place at the TD Garden, with the Boston Celtics looking to even the series.
