On Saturday, all roads will head to Kakamega Showground where two of the Kenya Cup heavyweights will showcase their acumen in what is pitted to be a mouth-watering Kenya Cup final.

Kabras will host their arch-rivals KCB- this will be the fourteenth time the two clubs will meet since 2014 when Kabras were promoted into Kenya Cup.

The sugar-men are deemed as the favorites after winning all their games in the regular season. They thumped KCB 29-23 at Ruaraka during the regular season and will be hoping to emulate their performance in the finals.

Kabras RFC’s head coach Carlos Kyatwa has admitted that being preferred as the favorites have piled pressure on them to deliver.

“Beating KCB RFC at home was a nice and historical win, but it brought up a lot of pressure on the team, and now they are coming to Kakamega as the underdogs. The pressure is piling on us, and we need to replicate our play in Nairobi,” he said.
