The Inter Miami star came out on top after beating Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland, who were both in the top three. Both the three stars were not present at the ceremony, which was led by Thiery Henry. Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson is the best goalkeeper, especially after leading City to a historic treble.
Pep Guardiola won the best coach award at the ceremony after leading the city to a treble. He was asked to compare Manchester City with his former side Barcelona, and he said, “Manchester City is special to me. Barça is the club of my heart. Barcelona is the reason why I am standing here; Barcelona is part of my life.” He said.
