Chelsea midfielder Moises Caicedo has closed doors on the club exit this summer.
The Blues have been far from their best this season and are fighting for Champions League football next season. It has been a season of ups and downs and the departure of former head coach Enzo Maresca. Things have now taken a major turn, and they have now lost four games in a row. They were also eliminated from the Champions League. Caicedo has also been among the players Chelsea invested heavily in, and reports suggested growing frustrations of the senior players over the club unrest.
Caicedo has, however, shut down the rumours. “I am only focused on my club now, sincerely. I have a contract there at my club; I want to be a legend if God wills it. After the national team, to stay there and finish in the best way,” he said. His fellow midfielder partner Enzo Fernandez, however, gave an unsure response when asked about his future at the club.
