Nairobi City’s head coach, Nickolas Muyoti, said that they will have to play every remaining game as a final after the international break.
In the league standings, the City Stars are currently fighting relegation as they are currently in 16th place with just 17 points from 20 Premier League games. The Nairobi City Stars will look to build on their last game, which they won just before heading to the international break, and now they have to be more dedicated after the international break.
Speaking during the international break, Muyoti said, “We played very well in our last game against Wazito, who are quite a tricky side to face, and with the effort we put in, I hope we will be able to continue in the same direction moving forward.” This is essentially because we know we are in a position that doesn’t reflect who we really are. “The only way to get out of the current situation is to take the remaining game as a final.” He said.
