Nzoia Sugar head coach Salim Babu has lauded his players for being consistent throughout the FKF-PL season.
Speaking during their 3-0 emphatic win against Wazito FC on Wednesday, he heaped a tonne of praises on his boys for not letting their guard down in matches. They are currently third on the log; seven points adrift of the log leader Gor Mahia.
“It’s the consistency in the way we play, all the players know what we expect of them in terms of performance and they’re now used to it,” he offered
Part of the reason behind Nzoia Sugar’s success this season has been the resurgence of their attacking midfielder Joseph Mwangi. He even received a call-up to the National team. He is Nzoia Sugar’s top scorer with ten goals.
