The Brooklyn Nets were beaten 121-101 by the Sixers in the opening game of the 2023 NBA playoffs.

James Harden and Joel Embiid led the Philadelphia 76ers to a decisive 121-101 victory over the Brooklyn Nets at Wells Fargo Center on Saturday, giving them a 1-0 lead in their best-of-seven series.

In his first playoff game for the Nets, Mikal Bridges shone, scoring 30 points despite the team’s defeat. In this game, Brooklyn made 13 of its 29 3-point attempts.

However, the Nets mishandled the ball, resulting in 20 turnovers. Philadelphia scored 31 points as a result of such mistakes, and they will have to improve.
