Liverpool midfielder Trent Alexander Arnold has revealed that success does not mean much.

Speaking ahead of the anticipated showdown between Liverpool and Manchester City during the weekend, Alexander Arnold, who has been a crucial part of Liverpool success in recent years, insisted Liverpool trophies mean more than those won by the Pep Guardiola side.

“Looking back on this era, although they’ve won more titles than us and have probably been more successful, our trophies will mean more to us and our fanbase because of the financial situations at both clubs,” Arnold said.

Manchester City striker Erling Haaland responded by saying winning a treble is such a nice feeling. “I’ve been here one year, and I won the treble, and that was quite a nice feeling. I don’t think he knows exactly how to feel. That’s what I felt last season, and it was quite nice. They can talk as much as they want, or he can talk as much as he wants. I don’t know why he does that, but I don’t mind.” He responded.
