Lakers star Lebron James made history last night as he became the first player to score 39,000 points.

Tuesday’s game against the Utah Jazz saw LeBron James reach 39,000 points for the first time in his amazing career during the first quarter. The Los Angeles Lakers player only needed five more points to tie the record, having come into the game with 38,995 points.

James scored 17 points in the win over the Utah Jazz, Antony Davis scored a game-high 26 points, Rusell scored 20 points, and Reaves scored 19 points off the bench. The Lakers are now undefeated in the ongoing in-season game.

For the Utah Jazz, John Collins scored 15 points, while Larrri Markkanen added 10 in the ongoing in-season tournament.
