Lebron James said that he will be dedicating the upcoming season to his son Bronny, who suffered a cardiac arrest a few months earlier. He also insisted that he was ready to represent the USA team at the Olympics. “I wouldn´t have to do much. Rebound a little bit, pass a little bit, defend, and block some shots, you know? But we’ll see. We’ll see what happens,” he said.
Stephen Curry is happy to continue with the Golden State Warriors heading into year 15 and also said he will represent Team USA in the upcoming Olympics. “It’s the one thing I haven’t done, and I also understand the opportunity for Team USA to kind of reassert themselves as dominant in the world and all that type of stuff.” He said.
Phoenix Suns star Kevin Durant also confirmed he will be playing for Team USA at the Olympics, as he could become the first player with four gold medals.
James Harden missed the Philadelphia Sixers media day as he continues to push for a trade away from the team after falling out with the general manager.
