Chelsea and England winger Raheem Sterling opened up about the team’s struggles this season and its poor run of form.

Joao Felix was brought in on a loan agreement for the rest of the season along with Mykhaylo Mudryk, . Since taking over at Stamford Bridge, Boehly has spent just shy of £550 million in transfer fees, transforming his team. Although Chelsea has added many players since Sterling’s summer signing, the club continues to be stuck in the bottom half of the Premier League and will end the season without a trophy.

Raheem Sterling opened up yesterday about the struggles the team is currently going through. “Sometimes you have lows,” Sterling admitted. “I haven’t been in this situation in my career so far, but I am more than up to the challenge. “We are disappointed when we come off the pitch and feel angry and disappointed. There are times when we finish a game, you just sit in the changing room looking into space because you can’t understand what has just happened.” He said.

The problems started when Thomas Tuchel was fired early in September and Graham Potter was hired. After the former Brighton manager failed to impress, he was fired and Frank Lampard was hired as the interim manager until the end of the season.
