Manchester United midfielder Mason Mount has handed Manchester United a major boost after returning to light training on grass after a calf injury.
Mount last match was against Luton Town before picking up an injury on November 11. It is a major boost to Manchester United after having to cope with a lot of injuries in almost half of the season.
The 24-year-old has taken next step in his recovery by completing light individual training at Carrington on Wednesday morning.
The 24-year-old is continuing his rehabilitation and he was pictured as the rest of his teammates completed a recovery session nearby after United’s win against Aston Villa on Boxing Day.

Mount taking part in light training on grass suggests his return from the sidelines is just a few weeks away and he will join the main group next before he is available for selection again.
